I just have to say, are there seriously people out there who are THAT influenced by the Lion King? I find that unsettling, that's a problem. I'm glad I didn't run into anyone like that.
I for one have nothing against hyenas, I don't let a Disney movie influence me like that. Besides, I enjoyed their characters.

but unfortunately yes, there are. i love hyenas and i've seen other people who love them as well, and they've been tortured by "extreme" fans of TLK.
telling that they they shouldn't love hyenas because they are evil and ugly and lions are the only animals that deserve respect and other bull like that. and when ever they talk crap like that they always use TLK and those fancy but unreal lion fables as their weapons. such babble like that used to make me hate lions and the people who love them.
but my hatred for lions has just about disappeared now, i'm fine with them, i see now that it's just their extremist fans that i hate.

Well,I didn't know. Great to hear you got a new account by the way.I love lions ,but not cause of the dumb ass lion king.I just like them and reading the graphic novel Pride of Baghdad inspired me to like lions.

i've been dying to read it ever since i heard of it from wikifur.
yeah, those are the lions that i like. the ones who don't mindlessly prance around chanting: "i'm the king! everyone obey me now!!!"
those types of stereotypical lions just bug me. simply because it's overdone, and i don't mean just on the internet, i mean worldwide.
